Liederabend: The Poetry of Heinrich Heine at the UKARIA Performance Centre
Experience a mesmerizing evening of romance, longing, and world-class literature! Renowned tenor Robin Tritschler and pianist Andrea Katz present a beautiful, multilingual program centered around the timeless verse of Heinrich Heine.
- Global Legacy: Discover how Heine’s poetry crossed borders with exquisite German Lieder alongside English, French, and Russian song settings.
- The Masterpiece: The concert culminates in Robert Schumann’s legendary Dichterliebe (A Poet’s Love), a passionate 16-song cycle exploring the heights of young love and the depths of heartbreak.

For over 125 years SAGA, the South Australian German Association (or German Club) promotes and fosters German culture, language, habits and social life in Australia.
As the peak body of the various German community clubs we provide support and service to those clubs and their members.
The Clubhouse is used by our Special Interest Groups and as a special events location.

Event Gastronomie
The Clubhouse of SAGA is used as a location for functions for our members and guests, meetings and rehearsals by member groups and to host community events such as the Schnitzelabend (Schnitzel nights), Sunday brunches/ Frühschoppen, the Adelaide German Christmas Market (Weihnachtsmark) or Frühlingsfest (Spring Fest).
